SQUID

Overview

SQUID - Single Query User Interface for Data

SQUID will allow users to view and manipulate PBO borehole strainmeter data. The program will retrieve processing information, stored in XML format, and raw SEED data from the IRIS DMC and NCEDC and will enable the user to apply atmospheric pressure, tidal and borehole corrections to the raw data. The user will be able to generate areal and shear strain time series by combining the data channels, and the user will be able to exclude data and apply offset corrections using information contained in the XML files.

SQUID version 1.0 is an open source desk top application written in Java. SQUID is available under a GPL license. Please use the license agreement form below for access to SQUID.
